    Local Pickup Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

    Pickup Times: Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm. No pickups on Saturdays and Sundays. 

     When will my order be ready? 

    When you receive a text message and confirmation email from us. Orders will be ready within 30 minutes. This does not include weekends.

    Where do I pickup my order?

    7110 Oakland Ave. Richmond Heights, MO 63117. In the confirmation email there is a map with links to directions by Google. These links are also available at the top of this page titled "St. Louis Area Local Pickup." 

     What do I do when I arrive?

    If you've received the email/text that your order is ready for pickup, please stay in your vehicle. Call or text us at 314-783-7911 to let us know you are here and we will bring your order to you. DO NOT attempt to enter the building.
